(Rio de Janeiro, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Leonardo Baptista, CEO and co-founder of Pay4Fun, is a key figure in the world of iGaming. His company, Pay4Fun, is a leading Brazilian online payment provider specializing in the iGaming market. During the first edition of the SBC Summit Rio, Baptista spoke exclusively with Soloazar, sharing insights about the new services that Pay4Fun will introduce to the market. He also discussed his vision for the future of iGaming in Brazil and Latin America. Another unmissable note by SoloAzar.

Pay4Fun: “We have ambitious expansion plans in the Brazilian market”

What were the main products or services you presented at this first edition of the SBC Summit Rio?

We showcased a range of features for financial transactions, including our new Payment Transaction Initiator (ITP) feature, a payment option for bank deposits that streamlines sports betting transactions and expands the payment methods offered. We also exhibited Pay4Fun GO, a payment gateway offering solutions such as Pix and transfers for deposits and withdrawals. Additionally, we presented our digital wallet solution, where users can deposit funds and receive prizes on various partner sites.

How is your company adapting to Brazilian local regulations?

Since Pay4Fun's first day of operation, we have been operating in full compliance with regulations. Security has always been our top priority. As the first payment institution authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil operating in the sports betting and entertainment sector, we obtained approval in record time due to our continuous dedication to transaction security. We are under the direct supervision of the Central Bank, which means we follow market best practices in all our processes.

To prevent financial crimes such as money laundering, we have implemented a high diligence program. This includes identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring the identity of our customers to ensure system security. We follow all guidelines of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) regulations, which contribute to increasing security both in the sector and in the financial ecosystem as a whole.

Additionally, we have a robust risk management structure covering Compliance, operational risk, and liquidity risk. These measures allow us to effectively control any potential risks in operations, thus ensuring a high level of service and relationship with our customers.

We are committed to maintaining security and reliability in all our operations, providing peace of mind to users who trust us with their financial transactions.

What are your company's expansion plans in the Brazilian market?

We have ambitious expansion plans in the Brazilian market, including: Making Pix direct, adding various new features to our B2C product lineup, Launching new products and services that meet the needs of end customers and operators. and Expanding our presence in the Brazilian market by acquiring new customers. I believe we are well-positioned to achieve these goals.

What aspects of the SBC Summit Rio did you consider most relevant or attractive?

The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with prominent professionals in the betting industry and establish strategic partnerships. Additionally, the offered lectures and panels were remarkable, especially in the regulatory context of sports betting in Brazil where new regulations are expected to guide the sector.

The positive feedback received reinforces our position as a leader in payment solutions for the sector, consolidating Pay4Fun's reputation for excellence, reliability, and security. We were also very excited about the launch of the Women in Gaming Industry Association - AMIG. It was an incredible moment.

In summary, participation in the SBC Latam was a very valuable experience. It allowed us to connect with industry colleagues, establish new relationships, and explore growth opportunities in the Latin American gaming market. I am excited about what the future holds and look forward to participating in similar events in the future.

What collaboration or partnership opportunities arose among the companies present at the event?

We identified several collaboration and partnership opportunities with companies in the iGaming market, especially those experienced in areas complementary to ours, such as operators and suppliers. We strengthened partnerships with merchants and presented solutions based on security and compliance with the guidelines of the Central Bank of Brazil and regulations.

We emphasize that our solutions are currently the best option available, as we are the first institution authorized by the Central Bank to operate in this market, which has allowed us to tirelessly invest in providing increasingly secure technology for our customers.

What is your vision for the future of iGaming in the Brazilian and Latin American markets?

We believe that the iGaming market in Brazil and Latin America has great growth potential. Market regulation is creating a safer and more reliable environment for players, which should drive the sector forward.

Pay4Fun is well-positioned to support this upcoming moment. We are an experienced and reliable payment company that offers a full range of payment solutions for the iGaming market. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible gaming payment experience.

What are the next trade fairs you plan to attend?

We will be at several important events in our industry throughout the year, including BIS, Brazilian iGaming Summit in São Paulo, all CGS events, Peru Gaming Show in Lima, SBC Miami and Lisbon, Sigma Malta, among others.

These events provide an excellent opportunity to connect with existing customers, potential partners, and other industry stakeholders, as well as to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations.
